Bridging the Gap Between Certification and Professional Leadership

Ready to join the Yoga’s Arc team? We are more than just a studio—we are a mission-driven ecosystem. Because we serve diverse public communities and sensitive underserved populations, we hold our instructors to a higher standard of accessibility and leadership.

To teach with us, an instructor must be able to lead an All-Levels practice completely off-mat, utilizing mirror-imaging and environmental cueing to ensure safe, clear visual and auditory instruction for every body in the room.

Not certified through the Yoga’s Arc Yoga Teacher Trainings?   If you received your certification elsewhere, we require a successful audition or completion of our Mentorship Program to ensure you are prepared for the unique needs of our corporate, community, and non-profit partners.

Why Mentorship Matters

Many yoga certifications focus on the "perfect pose." We focus on the "perfect connection." Our mentorship trains you to teach students with limited mobility, chronic health conditions, or those in high-sensitivity environments (like addiction recovery or prison ministries).

Through this program, you will gain mastery in:

• Off-Mat Leadership: Leading with your voice and presence, not just your body.

• Mirror Imaging: Providing a "map" for your students that keeps them safe and aligned.

• Real-World Experience: Observing and demonstrating in active Yoga’s Arc classes.

Professional Prep: Audition coaching, resume building, and career pathing.

Choose Your Pathway to Employment

1. $100 for the Audition Only package includes:

A Yoga’s Arc T‑shirt, full paperwork processing, your audition, and a personalized feedback session.

2. $100 for the mentorship program includes:

A comprehensive Google Doc filled with resources to help you get started. It’s especially helpful if you’re actively teaching but unsure what we look for in all‑inclusive, trauma‑informed instruction.

3. $250 for option 1 and one of the following packages:

• An additional Google Doc with 35 hours of guided instruction, teaching you step‑by‑step how to create an all‑levels 45‑minute class and more.

• One month of teaching under our umbrella on any social media platform, once per week, with cumulative feedback to help you prepare for your in‑person audition and develop your teaching voice.

• Five in‑person visits to any of our communities for teacher observations, giving you the opportunity to learn and identify which communities you’d like to teach in

4. Our 300‑hour YTT (In‑Person + On‑Demand) includes:

All of the offerings listed above, with unlimited access, and all hours count toward your practicum requirements. This option is ideal if you’re looking for a more comprehensive 300‑hour training focused on truly bringing Yoga to Everyone.

Areas of Certification & Hire

Once approved by a Lead Teacher, you can be cleared to teach in our For-Profit, Non-Profit, or Virtual branches in the following styles:

• All-Levels Flow

• Chair Yoga (Highly Requested)

• Relaxation Styles (Yin & Restorative)

• Meditation & Yoga Nidra
