Ready to join the Yoga’s Arc team? We are more than just a studio—we are a mission-driven ecosystem. Because we serve diverse public communities and sensitive underserved populations, we hold our instructors to a higher standard of accessibility and leadership.

To teach with us, an instructor must be able to lead an All-Levels practice completely off-mat, utilizing mirror-imaging and environmental cueing to ensure safe, clear visual and auditory instruction for every body in the room.

Not certified through the Yoga’s Arc Yoga Teacher Trainings?   If you received your certification elsewhere, we require a successful audition or completion of our Mentorship Program to ensure you are prepared for the unique needs of our corporate, community, and non-profit partners.

Why Mentorship Matters

Many yoga certifications focus on the "perfect pose." We focus on the "perfect connection." Our mentorship trains you to teach students with limited mobility, chronic health conditions, or those in high-sensitivity environments (like addiction recovery or prison ministries).

Through this program, you will gain mastery in:

• Off-Mat Leadership: Leading with your voice and presence, not just your body.

• Mirror Imaging: Providing a "map" for your students that keeps them safe and aligned.

• Real-World Experience: Observing and demonstrating in active Yoga’s Arc classes.

Professional Prep: Audition coaching, resume building, and career pathing.

Choose Your Pathway to Employment

1. The Integrated Pathway (YTT Enrollment)

For students currently enrolled in the Yoga’s Arc 200-hour or 300-hour YTT.

• Details: Comprehensive mentoring is included in your tuition. You receive ongoing support throughout your training and a guaranteed audition for hire upon graduation.

• Includes: Yoga’s Arc T-shirt, all your materials and full access to our Lead Instructor network.

2. The Experienced Instructor Pathway (Direct Audition)

For seasoned instructors confident in their ability to teach off-mat and mirror-image.

• Investment: $100 non-refundable administrative fee.

• Details: Includes one formal audition with a Lead Teacher in a live community setting. If successful, you’ll teach one "exchange class" to finalize your orientation before moving into paid employment.

• Includes: Paperwork processing and your Yoga’s Arc T-shirt.

3. The Professional Development Pathway (Paid Mentorship)

For certified instructors who want to sharpen their skills or need more "boots on the ground" experience before auditioning.

• Options:

• The Full Immersion ($500): 10 hours of structured mentoring + 1 audition (11 hours total).

• The Targeted Prep ($250): 4 hours of mentorship + 1 audition (5 hours total).

• Includes: Personalized feedback from Lead Instructors and your Yoga’s Arc T-shirt.

4. The "New Program" Referral Pathway

For instructors who bring a new partnership opportunity to Yoga’s Arc.

• Details: If you refer a new location to us, we will provide complimentary mentorship at that specific location until you are comfortable leading independently. Once the partnership is established, you’ll join our team officially.

Includes: Free mentorship at the new site and your Yoga’s Arc T-shirt.

Once approved by a Lead Teacher, you can be cleared to teach in our For-Profit, Non-Profit, or Virtual branches in the following styles:

• All-Levels Flow

• Chair Yoga (Highly Requested)

• Relaxation Styles (Yin & Restorative)

• Meditation & Yoga Nidra
