We don’t just teach you how to cue a pose; we teach you how to hold space for humanity.
Trauma-Informed Training: Learn the specific skills needed to teach in high-sensitivity environments like addiction recovery, behavioral health, and prison ministries.
The "All Bodies" Philosophy: Our curriculum is built on accessibility. You will master how to lead classes using chairs, walls, and props so that everyone—regardless of physical or emotional limitations—can participate.
A Dual Experience: As a trainee, you get unique access to both our For-Profit Partnerships (corporate, gyms, and community events) and our Non-Profit Foundation (underserved populations and vulnerable communities). This gives you a well-rounded, compassionate portfolio that few other programs can offer.
Total Flexibility: Life Happens.
We don’t have "mandatory" attendance. Every session is available In-Person, Virtually, and On-Demand. Whether you’re balancing a job, a family, or an unexpected life event, you can stay on track. If you miss a live session, simply watch the recording and coordinate with your mentor.
2. No Tests. No Quizzes. Just Experience.
We believe in learning by doing, not by memorizing. Instead of stressful exams, you’ll participate in Learning Labs. You’ll get "boots on the ground" experience at farmers' markets, senior centers, schools, and even prison ministries. You’ll learn how to set up, demo, and teach to the general population—not just other yoga teachers.
3. Mentorship for "Every Body"
We specialize in teaching people with limitations because we believe those students make the best teachers. Whether you are in recovery or have physical challenges like a joint replacement, we pair you with a mentor who specializes in your area of interest.
