The Yoga’s Arc 200-Hour On-Demand program is Arizona’s premier self-paced training, designed to equip you to teach Anyone, Anywhere, Anytime. We don’t just teach you how to perfect a posture; we teach you how to lead a room where every body—from the seasoned athlete to the student with a hip replacement—feels empowered and included.
Our Story: Yoga Beyond the Four Walls
We were born out of a passion for outreach. After 25 years of teaching, we realized that those who need yoga the most—the overworked and the underserved—often can’t make it to a traditional studio. We created Yoga’s Arc to be fueled by flexibility. Today, with over 70 instructors and a thriving Non-Profit branch, we are changing the mindset of what yoga looks like. Whether it's a corporate office or a living room, we meet people where they are. Now, through our On-Demand program, we are ready to meet you where you are.

Yoga isn’t about self-improvement; it’s about self-love. You don’t need to touch your toes to practice yoga, and you don’t need to be in a classroom to learn how to lead. Tuition: $1,500
